Wooden shadow boxes, dimensional pieces and resin-cast designs for commemorative and recognition applications — built and finished in-house, end to end.
A shadow box holds a jersey, a set of medals or a dimensional keepsake behind a clear acrylic front — deep-set, framed and ready to hang. Resin casting goes the other direction, embedding an object or a logo in clear or tinted resin and polishing it to a glass-like finish.
Both are one-off-friendly: a single retirement shadow box gets the same proof-before-you-build process as a larger recognition run.
| Material | Typical use | Finish |
|---|---|---|
| Hardwood & veneer | Shadow box frames | Stained, painted or clear sealed |
| Cast acrylic | Shadow box fronts, liners | Diamond polished, glass clear |
| Cast resin | Medallions, embedded pieces | Clear or tinted, polished |
| Felt & fabric backing | Interior liners | Color matched to program |
We mock up the box or the cast layout against your item or artwork before committing to material.
Shadow box frames are cut and assembled; resin pieces get a mold built or sourced to spec.
Resin pours and cures on its own schedule — this step cannot be rushed without compromising clarity.
Polished, mounted and hardware-fitted, with a final check before it ships or is handed off.

Yes — minimum order is one piece, and it gets the same proof step as a larger recognition run.
Depends on the pour depth and pigment, but plan on the cast-and-cure step alone taking several days before finishing can start.
In most cases yes — send a photo or the object itself and we will confirm before you commit to the piece.
