Nested parts out of acrylic, PVC, MDF, aluminium and composite panel — cut on a 5×10 vacuum bed with the tool library and program file kept on record for every repeat run.
Routing is where most of our display and award work starts. Anything that begins as a sheet — a display panel, an award face, a kiosk panel, a shadow box back — gets nested and cut here before it goes to forming, printing or polishing.
Because the program file and tooling stay on record, run two of a program looks identical to run one and skips setup. That is usually where the reorder savings come from.
| Material | Thickness | Edge quality |
|---|---|---|
| Cast acrylic | 0.06 – 1.00 in | Machine, flame or diamond polish |
| PVC / Komatex | 1 – 25 mm | Clean, paint-ready |
| Aluminium 5052 | 0.040 – 0.250 in | Deburred, brushed on request |
| Baltic birch ply | 6 – 18 mm | Sanded, sealed or laminated |
| MDF & composite panel | 6 – 30 mm | Primer-ready, v-groove capable |
We open your DXF, DWG or STEP, confirm closed geometry and tool clearance, then nest for yield. If a radius will not cut, you hear about it before we quote.
On a new part we cut one and check it against print before committing the sheet. On a repeat we pull the saved program and go straight to run.
Cut, deburr and edge-finish, with in-process dimensional checks logged against the first article.
Parts move internally to print, polishing or kitting. No crating, no freight, no second vendor's schedule.

Preferred, but a dimensioned sketch or a sample part works. We will draw it and send the file back with the quote.
One. Prototypes run alongside production, usually within the same week for stocked material.
On specific features, yes — tell us which ones and we will fixture for it rather than pricing the whole part tight.
Upload the file, tell us quantity and finish, and an estimator replies by the next business day.
