Full-color CMYK plus white ink, printed direct to acrylic, wood, metal or rigid substrate up to 6 in thick — no decal, no lamination, no seam to align.
Printing goes straight onto the finished part — an award face, a display panel, a sign blank — so there is no laminate edge to lift and no decal to misalign during install. White ink lays down first for opacity on clear or dark substrates, then CMYK prints on top in the same pass.
Because print and cut happen on the same floor, a design revision does not mean re-ordering a printed roll from an outside vendor. We reprint the panel and it ships the same week.

We soft-proof against your Pantone or brand file, then print a physical sample on the actual substrate — screen color and printed color are not the same thing.
For clear or dark material, white ink lays down first for opacity, then CMYK prints in registration on top in the same pass.
Panels print flat, one pass, with in-process checks against the approved proof at set intervals.
Printed panels move to CNC or laser for final trim, or straight to kitting if they are already cut to size.

Not usually — UV ink cures hard and holds up without an overlaminate for most indoor and covered-outdoor use. We will spec a laminate if the application calls for it.
Give us a Pantone or hex value and we will proof against it before the production run. Custom matches stay on file for reorders.
